AND ® OF ELLISON®

Instructions:

1. Cut 2 strips of colored paper approximately 1 1/2" x 6". Snip a "V" shape out of the ends to resemble ribbons.

2. Decorate the paper ribbons with both colored paper shapes and designs cut from holographic sticky backed sheets. Remove backing from sticky sheets then press in place. Use a glue stick to attach plain colored paper shapes to ribbon.

3. Using die cut machine or pattern and scissors, cut an award from construction paper then glue the decorated ribbons to the top front of the award. Glue the award center circle on top of the ribbons.

4. Continue decorating the top of the award. Glue paper shapes to the back of the award so that they stick out beyond the edge. Write the name of your award in the center of the circle on the award with a black marker. Choose something that's a special talent or feature about yourself.

5. Attach a sticky back pin to the back of your award so it can be worn.
